When over lunch or dinner the conversation turns
to the future of the West, or lack there of, there
is the specter of the East.
As the West is driven down by our right wing politicians
and so called business men, so China rises.
I have recently read "China shakes the world"
by James Kynge. This is a very interesting book
about modern China. It touches on corruption,
and the worrying rise of nationalism.
