I have been a bad boy. I weighed myself last weekend. I was back at 91 Kg. In the summer I was at 88kg, so I have really slipped back. On a more positive front I have been more regularly training with my dumbbells in the last 2 weeks.
I guess it is like the reverse of house prices -- weight can go up as well as down. I probably need to eat less bread. Also I should probably cut down on the beer intake. I don't think I have increased my consumption over the year, but the scales never lie. I also feel so bloated.
