I am not sure how I started reading Doctor Who novels. Last weekend I was travelling home and I wanted something not too hard to read. The book: the infinity Doctors had been on my kindle for a while, so it was its turn finally . This novel was published when the series was off the air. I enjoyed the book, although it is set on Dr Who's home planet, and he a person with some power rather than a renegade. There was a reasonable amount of quantum physics used as part of the story, with black holes and stuff, but then I don't read science fiction to learn about physics.
Perhaps the moral ending was a bit obvious.
